If you've ever seen a style of mine you fancy, I will most likely be able to replicate it!
Most of my experimental art can be found in my Toyhouse gallery.
Please have in mind that the finished piece may not be identical to the original. I might not be able to find the right brush or my anatomy might change. I will, however, always try my best.
I will accept only the kinds of artworks that I’ve already made and can be found either in my DeviantArt/Toyhouse gallery or in my Discord server. I will not be trying new ones unless it’s any combination of artworks and brushes I have made/own. Thank you!
Commission ordering process
If you managed to catch yourself a slot for a commission, you are entitled to make an order. The number of artworks that can be ordered with one slot is determined by each individual journal.

How long does it take to receive an artwork?
It takes me usually one to two weeks to finish an order but it is not a deadline.
While claiming a slot for your commission is a public manner, ordering it will require communication between us.
I am open to either Discord DMs or DeviantArt notes. If you cannot contact me via either of these, please let me know before making an order.
For the convenience of everyone involved, you will be asked to fill out a form when making your order.
It comes in two parts. The first part revolves around technical stuff, while the second part is meant to be copy-pasted for each artwork you order.

* - I accept a wait time of max 1 week for new customers and 2 weeks for trusted customers. Please have in mind your order will not be worked on past the sketch stage and you will be put at the end of the queue when requesting a long wait time.
If you've chosen to receive preview sketches, you will be sent them via your preferred way of communication.
Default preview sketches include two stages: pose and final. Pose sketches composite of 2 - 5 quick concepts that will suit your character. You can choose which one you like the most and if none suit your taste, I can make more. The final sketch is the next step and it's a more polished version of the pose sketch you've chosen.
Any changes you might want should be requested during the sketching stage. I will try my best to make the drawing perfect for you and your character. Changes requested after the sketch has been accepted may require payment.
If you wish to receive any more WIPs, inform me of this while discussing your order. I can send a work-in-progress image of any stage you need. That includes two sketch previews, lineart, colors, shading, and anything else you can come up with.
When the art is finished you will be sent an unwatermarked version of it alongside any other versions that were either agreed upon or included with the commission type.
In addition to that, you are free to request a PSD or SAI file of your drawing. These files are meant for editing the character if there is ever a need for it.
You may not use them for any other personal or commercial usage.

By ordering anything, you are agreeing to the terms of service below.Any rule may be altered upon discussing it with me prior to ordering.

Don't be rude. Any ill behavior will not be tolerated and the service will be canceled if it occurs.
Follow the rules provided in the commission/custom journal, YCH, or Adoptable post.
I have the right to decline the service for any reason.
You cannot use my art in any AI programs, nor claim it as your own/NFT piece.
Payment
All payments must be concluded before your order will be worked on past the sketch stage and before you receive any files.
The currencies accepted are USD, EURO, and PLN.
All the payments are made using PayPal and are expected within 24h. The time can be expanded. Failure to pay during the allotted time will result in service cancellation.
Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis and are only allowed for not yet finished artwork.
All sales are final. You can not refund a finished commission or a sold adoptable.
I accept payment plans and holds for trusted customers and more expensive orders.
Art usage
The artwork you receive may not be reuploaded to your personal galleries without my consent.
Personal use* of the art is always allowed. When using the artwork in any personal way, proper credit should be given.
Do not redistribute, reproduce, or otherwise any parts of the image for personal profit (e.g. selling it in any form whether digitally or physically). The exception being work specifically commissioned, and with previous consent, for commercial use unless we agreed otherwise.
Alternations to my artwork, that go beyond changes to character design, should be discussed with me.
Drawing over my artwork (acquired by you) and using the PSD/SAI files included to make changes to the character design is allowed and encouraged.
Unfinished drawings (sketches, linearts) can be finished by you or your associates.
The artwork holds its value and is not made more expensive over time.
* - Personal use encompasses, but is not limited to: posting art in character galleries, cropping for icons and/or graphics, placing art as the decoration of your account. If you wish to use your artwork for other personal uses, that do not fall under these categories, please contact me.
Copyright and artist's usage
The artwork will be copyrighted to me (Ska-i). You may not claim the artwork as your own. Original characters will still hold the copyright of the original creator/owner.
I reserve the right to use any images in personal portfolios, advertising material, and on any social media or art websites. Commercial usage will only be made with your permission. If you do not wish for your art to be used anywhere, please contact me beforehand.
design usage
Purchased characters are yours to roleplay, write, imagine, draw and commission.
Proper credit should be given on any reference sheet or character bios.
Do not redistribute, reproduce, or otherwise any parts of the design for personal profit (e.g. creating breeding grids).
Creation of relatives for the design is allowed only for your personal use or as a gift.
Altering the design
Any design can be altered however the owner wish it to. You are free to change anything you want in the design.
All designs should be treated as a single entity. Splitting the design into two separate characters is not permitted. An altered version of the original design is also not to be used as a separate character. An exception to this rule can be made upon discussion.
Creation of other "forms" of the original design is allowed, however, such versions are not to be separated. As an example, creating a human version of your canine character is perfectly fine as long as it is treated as the same character. You may not sell, trade, or gift it separately, since they are in essence the same design.
Reselling
By default, I ask for my designs to be sold for no more than their design value is + the value of any additonal art acquired.
If there is a need for the design to be sold for a higher price, contact me.
Any design can be traded for other goods or gifted.
Designs acquired via trade can be resold for money. Designs acquired as a gift should not be sold for any real life currency.
In a case of selling, trading or gifting an altered design, please include the original art with the files given to the new owner.
Copyright and artist's usage
The design will be copyrighted to me (Ska-i). You may not claim the design as your own. In the case of any edits being done to the design by a third party, I am still copyrighted to the original, the third party is only responsible for the changes.

CUSTOM SPECIFIC - Any not purchased concepts stay in my posession. They may be used to create adoptables, personal characters, or concepts for other customs. You may request me not to use any certain concept that you feel resembles your character too much. All creations made using concepts from your custom, will not resemble your finished product.
